The marionette-based shooting shenanigans of The Gunstringer are coming back courtesy of a downloadable mission pack staring El Diablo, the red-faced lord of the underworld.
El Diablo sets out across the Old West in search of his true love, armed with nothing more than a twisted heart and a mean shotgun.
The Gunstringer was first released in September 2011, after having been conceived as a download for Xbox Kinect, then becoming a store-bound retail game bundled with the bonus Fruit Ninja Kinect.
Now it's finding a home as a direct download from the Xbox Live Marketplace for $29, with El Diablo's 'Merican Adventure costing a further 240 Microsoft Points (~$3).
Strange as it may sound, El Diablo's not the only download of late to star an emotionally damaged, gun toting hellion -- Sega has Hell Yeah! Wrath of the Dead Rabbit due in the coming months.
