HBO is teaming up with Hotstar to distribute its content in India. All shows on HBO originals -- Vinly, Game of Thrones, Silicon Valley, Girls, Veep -- are going to be available on Hotstar as a part of their monthly subscription plan. Another reason to celebrate is that the the show will be streamed uncensored in India too just for ₹199 with first month free.

With the distribution rights of Game of Thrones, Hotstar has pulled a fast one on Netflix which has been trying to capitalise on its worldwide launch at CES in February.
