HTC 10 to launch in India on May 26

HTC 10 is expected to launch in India on Thursday in India. The phone is expected to launch at a price around 50,000 to take on the soon-to-launch LG G5, Sasmung Galaxy S7 and iPhone 6s Plus.

"We are pleased to announce that global flagship HTC 10 is coming soon to India. Stay tuned for the announcement and the availability date," HTC South Asia President Faisal Siddiqui, President had said in a statement last month.

Along with the 5.2 inch display, HTC 10 also has Qualcomm Snapdragon processor with computing speed of up to 2.2 Ghz. It has 32GB internal memory and supports external storage of up to 2 terabyte.

The phone has all the latest wireless connectivity option from bluetooth, near field communications (NFC) to DLNA, Miracast. It promises download speed support of up to 450 mbps and upload speed of 50 mbps on 4G network.

Loaded with multiple sensors, it supports features like gesture controls, voice selfie, motion detection, among others.

The phone comes with 3,000 mAH battery and promises talk time of 27 hours on 3G or 4G network.
