The successor to the highly acclaimed Vibe X2 handset, the Vibe X3 features a 5.5-inch full HD display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. Under the hood, the dual-SIM phone packs a hexa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 processor bundled with 3GB of RAM. It will be available in 32GB and 64GB built-in storage options, which can be expanded upto 128GB via microSD slot.
Optics on the smartphone include a 21-megapixel rear camera featuring a high-grade Sony sensor that helps in better quality images, and an 8-megapixel front facing camera. Juicing up the device would be a 3,600 mAh battery. The Vibe X3 also sports a fingerprint scanner housed on the rear panel just below primary camera. The 4G LTE Vibe X3 comes with hybrid dual-SIM slots, implying that the SIM slot also works as microSD slot.
The 32 GB variant of the smartphone was launched in China for 2,499 Chinese Yuan (CNY), and we can expect it to be priced around ₹25,000 in the Indian market.
Earlier this month, Lenovo also launched the K4 Note in India featuring its new TheatreMax technology along with an exclusive virtual reality (VR) headset from ANT VR.
