Meizu is set to launch its M3 Note smartphone in India on May 11.

Sporting a 5.5-inch HD 2.5D curved glass display, the focus is clearly on good looks and performance. launched last month in China, the phone's metal body and huge 4,100 mAh battery have garnered quite an anticipation.

But the phone isn't just about elegant design, it also packs a the powerful Helio P10 octa core processor, 2GB of RAM and 16 GB internal storage (expandable by SD card).

The Android Lollipop running smartphone packs a fingerprint sensor in the home button under the screen and shoots pictures in 13 MP resolution.

The phone costs roughly ₹8,000 and will take on the likes of Le 1s, Redmi Note 3 and Lenovo K4 Note on launch.
