Voice guidance in a familiar voice
In these devices, voice guidance is available in many languages including Hindi. For Hindi voice guidance, we were surprised to hear Shammi Narang, the voice in Delhi Metro, guiding us through our journey. The clarity of voice in Hindi makes it easier for the driver to concentrate on driving instead of looking at the device for right directions.

Junction view
We found an interesting feature on entering Gurgaon. After the toll plaza, the device guided us not to take the highway and showed the junction view, which helped us to choose the right road.

Lane assist
Before every turn, the device tells you to keep on the right or left lane according to the impending cut further down the road.

Free map updates
Since the infrastructure in India keeps changing, one has to update the maps every quarter for about 1,000. But in Garmin, these updates are free of cost.

Wireless rear view camera
This particular model is compatible with wireless rear view camera also. When you put the reverse gear, the rear view comes on the screen of the device to help you manoeuvre the car.
