OnePlus partners with Servify to offer pickup for after-sales service

Chinese smartphone maker OnePlus on Tuesday said that it was partnering with Servify, a Mumbai-based tech startup founded in late 2015, to provide pickup and logistics for after-sales services of its smartphones.
The company said also that it was lauching the OnePlus Care app to enable customers to self-diagnose their smartphones and avail free pickup-drop service from their home or office, in case of a need to repair their OnePlus devices. The free pickup-drop service will be available across Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, New Delhi and Mumbai.

The partnership will also see Servify offering a 12 months complementary 'Accidental Damage Protection Plan' for all customers buying OnePlus 3 devices. Anyone buying a new OnePlus 3 device in India from Amazon.in can register for this plan within thirty days of purchase by downloading the OnePlus Care app and registering the purchase details on the app.
