Periscope brings live streaming to GoPro action cameras

Live streaming app Periscope has announced it is integrating with GoPro cameras so users can broadcast directly to Periscope for iPhone.

Live streaming app Periscope has announced it is integrating with GoPro cameras so users can broadcast directly to Periscope for iPhone.

Users simply have to connect to their GoPro Hero4's wifi in video mode and then open Periscope on their iPhone. Then they merely press the broadcast button to begin live streaming and reach their followers wherever they are.

Once users are live, they can switch between their GoPro and iPhone cameras.

There is also a new feature also enables users to lock their phone screen so no buttons are accidentally tapped.
