PUBG Mobile crosses 100 million monthly active users: App Annie

PUBG Mobile on Friday announced a new milestone achievement on its user base. PUBG Mobile surpassed 100 million monthly active users, according to App Annie. PUBG Mobile's latest user stats do not include data from China.
PUBG Mobile also raked in $438.8 million global player spending on Google Play Store and App Store, according to Sensor Tower. Globally, Sensor Tower estimates around $2 billion spend globally on battle royale games with Knives Out leading the table. PUBG Mobile is still behind Fortnite whose global player spending crossed $600 million. Fortnite's revenue is also only from iOS.
PUBG Mobile recently rolled out a new update and feature. 'GamePlay Management' system on PUBG Mobile requires players under 18 to declare their age and acknowledge a gaming advisory. Through this feature PUBG Mobile will also alert under-18 players when they should rest or stop the game. This feature is available in select Asian and North African countries including India.
PUBG Mobile also rolled out a new 0.12.5 update with Season 7. The new update brings Royale Pass Season 7 with exclusive outfits, emotes, and additional rewards. There's also a new EZ Mission License with exclusive discounts and chance for players to open crates immediately. PUBG Mobile 0.12.5 also brings a new 'Skorpion' weapon, new parachutes, clothing, airplane skins and more.
PUBG Mobile also added the official Middle East server to the game. This update also comes with in-game adjustments and updates.
