Gearing up to kick-start 4G services this year, telecom operator Reliance Jio would soon introduce entry-level handset LYF Wind 4 priced at ₹6,799.

The dual SIM phone, equipped with 4,000mAH battery, comes with 1GB RAM and 8GB internal memory. It has a Digital DTS Surround technology, a five inch LCD display, Reliance Jio said in a statement.

4G telecom operator Reliance Jio recently opened up its services for general public on trial basis but a person will be able to buy its SIM only after getting invite from employees of Reliance Industries group firms.

The LYF handset are currently available in the price range of ₹5,599 to ₹19,499.

Brokerage firm CLSA had recently said Reliance Retail's LYF smartphone could become a $1 billion brand in 2016-17 and corner a market share of about 7 percent.
