Aiming to cash in on the ongoing festival season in India, e-commerce companies Flipkart and Amazon are showering attractive offers, deals and schemes on products across categories. The two e-commerce giants on Thursday launched The Big Billion Day Sale and Great Indian Festival respectively.

Flipkart claims that it has sold 1.3 million smartphones within the first 20 hours of the category opened for sale. According to the company, the number is two-fold higher than the number of smartphone Flipkart sold in the same time-frame during the first day of The Big Billion Day Sale in 2016. "Flipkart managed to sell 3 times the number of smartphones sold by the nearest competitor," the company said in a release on Thursday.

Apple iPhone 7 32GB

Flipkart: ₹39,999

Amazon: ₹38,999

Even though it launched last year, the Apple iPhone 7 is still a good smartphone, especially considering the newer iPhone 8 is more expensive and comes with minor improvements. On Amazon, the smartphone (32GB model) is available for ₹38,999. The e-commerce company is offering a 'No Cost EMI' scheme and up to ₹10,341 off on exchanging your older device. The smartphone seems to be in a limited stock.

On Flipkart, the smartphone is available for ₹38,999 along with a 'No Cost EMI' scheme starting at ₹6,667 per month. Flipkart is offering an additional ₹15,300 off on exchanging your older smartphone.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, Redmi 4, Mi Max 2

Xiaomi is offering discounts on a number of devices including its top selling Redmi Note 4, Redmi 4 and Mi Max 2 smartphones. It is also offering the Mi Band - HRX Edition at ₹1,299.

The Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 3GB+ 32GB and 4GB + 64GB variants are available with a price cut of ₹1,000 and ₹2,000 respectively. The two variants are now available for ₹9,999 and ₹10,999 respectively.

Prices of the Xiaomi Redmi 4 3GB+ 32GB and 4GB + 64GB variants have been dropped by ₹500 and ₹1,500 respectively and are now available for ₹8,499 and ₹9,499.

The Mi Max 2 3GB+ 32GB and 4GB + 64GB variants are now available with a flat ₹2,000 discount. The two models are available for ₹12,999 and ₹14,999 respectively.

The sale is being conducted across Amazon, Flipkart, Tata Cliq, Paytm mall, Mi.com, Mi Preferred Partner stores, Large Format Retailers and Mi Home stores

Google Pixel XL 128GB

Amazon: ₹49,999

Flipkart: ₹63,000

Google's premium smartphone, Pixel XL, is available on Amazon with a massive ₹26,001 discount. The smartphone is available for ₹49,999. Under the exchange offer, customers can avail up to ₹15,431 additional discount. The 32GB model is also available with a discount. The lower-end model is available for ₹44,000.

On Flipkart, the 128GB model is listed for ₹63,000 whereas the 32G model is available for ₹44,000. The e-commerce company is offering up to ₹20,000 off on exchanging the older device for a new 32GB model of the Pixel XL.

Huawei P9

Flipkart: ₹14,999

Amazon: ₹28,490

The Huawei P9 is one of the few smartphones to see a major price drop during the ongoing sale. The smartphone was originally launched for ₹39,999. On Flipkart, the smartphone is listed for ₹14,999, with a 62% discount. The smartphone is currently out-of-stock on Flipkart, but we hope it will be back soon.

On Amazon, the price is higher at ₹28,490. Unlike Flipkart, the smartphone is in stock, and still about ₹10,000 lesser than the original price.

LG G6 64GB

Flipkart: ₹36,990

Amazon: ₹33,990

The LG G6 had launched in India with a price tag of ₹51,990. The company later dropped the price of the smartphone by another ₹10,000. The LG G6 64GB model is available on Amazon for ₹33, 990, roughly ₹7,000 lesser than the older price. The e-commerce company is giving up to ₹12,341 off on exchanging an older smartphone. On Flipkart, the same model is available for ₹36,990.
