AOC has come out with new, ultra-thin LED monitors titled Series 37, Series 39, Series 40 and Series 41, whose sizes respectively are 18.5”, 20”, 22” and 24”.

Promoting 'AOC's Green IT' positioning of low power consumption, zero radiation, and lead- and mercury free models, all these monitors are EPEAT Gold certified.

The monitors have incorporated WLED backlight technology, which uses light emitting diodes as a replacement to CCFL. WLED technology uses up to 50 per cent lesser power and also certifies for mercury- and lead free monitors.

A built in I Care sensor automatically cuts down monitor brightness.

These monitors have a dynamic contrast ratio of to 2 million:1, and have special software applications further boosting image quality.
