Twitter is down again and it’s the second time this week

Following their Monday downtime, Twitter has been unreachable again with the, “Something is technically wrong. Thanks for noticing—we’re going to fix it up and have things back to normal soon,” message being the only thing on screen.

This is the most concurrent outage but the site has been frequently going down for a few months now. (Twitter)
