Twitter users are alerting their followers to online bargains, tweeting about crowded shops and suggesting that "Black Friday" brings out the worst in people.
People living outside of the US are also tweeting "I wish I could witness Black Friday madness" and "I wish we had Black Friday in the UK."
Bargain hunters are happily tweeting about their reduced-price purchases with the first and third place terms "Black Friday" and "#BlackFriday," but others have started tweeting about in-store chaos.

The name of the movie "Just Go With It" is in fifth place, "The Wiz," a movie adaptation of The Wizard of Oz, is in seventh place, and the animated TV series "American Dad" is in tenth place.
Spanish speaking microbloggers are reeling off "quotes" by Mexican singer Dulce Maria and announcing that the Spanish pop group Mecano will reunite for a world tour in 2012.
