Downdetector, the site that monitors outages in various social media platforms, late Friday evening said that almost 40,000 people reported issues with the micro-blogging platform. Responding to users’ complaints, Twitter at the time said that it was working to fix the issue. “Tweets may not be loading for some of you. We’re working on fixing a problem and you’ll be back on the timeline soon,” Twitter wrote in a tweet. The issue, however, didn’t resolve the following day as well with people all over the world reporting issues with the platform throughout the day. Downdetector reported that the issues peaked at around 6PM today with around 1,000 people reporting issues with the platform. Also read click here.
