The country has been seeing a rise in sales of wearables and is getting hooked to smartwatches. The California-based company, which was formed in 2012, will see competition from rival brands like Huawei, Motorola, Fitbit, Apple, Samsung and more affordable Xiaomi smart bands. According to market research firm IDC, the world will see 110 million wearable devices shipped in 2016, up by nearly 38 percent from the last year and this seems to be the driving logic behind the India market expansion for the company.
