Following on from a short (19-second) clip released a few days ago, Electronic Arts (EA) has now released a longer (2:12) trailer of the upcoming game Crysis 3 focusing more on gameplay.

Following on from a short (19-second) clip released a few days ago, Electronic Arts (EA) has now released a longer (2:12) trailer of the upcoming game Crysis 3 focusing more on gameplay.

The PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 title once more sets an elite super soldier against an army of invading aliens and their advanced weaponry.

Crytek also suggests that Crysis 3 will combine the jungle warfare of Crysis and its predecessor FarCry with the urban environment of a futuristic New York.

The longer clip, released April 24, showcases impressive in-game footage and includes a voiceover giving a brief plot explanation.

While publisher Electronic Arts is partnering with Crytek for Crysis 3, Ubisoft retained the rights to FarCry and has FarCry 3 due September 2012.
