Xiaomi Service+ app launches in India as Xiaomi’s new solution for after sales service involving device repairs, price quotations, live chat and more.

Amidst the plethora of launches from the Xiaomi and Redmi brand, Xiaomi has now come up with an app to take care of the after-sales service. It is called Xiaomi Service+ app and is currently available for all Xiaomi customers seeking after-sales service. The app is said to be a one-stop solution for all repairs and live assistance with experts.

The Xiaomi Service+ app is said to offer “a range of support services such as device repair, price quotations, live chat assistance and others. Customers can avail all of them from the comfort of their homes with just a few clicks,” says the official statement. The Xiaomi Service+ app can be downloaded via Google Play or GetApps.

Xiaomi Service+ app for after-sales service

Xiaomi says that the app is meant to help maintain a strong relationship with the after-sales personnel after a product has been purchased. This app can help customers book repair requests for all Xiaomi devices. Customers can also book product installations and demos.

The Xiaomi Service+ app can also be used to locate the nearest service center. Customers can also check spare part prices along with the warranty information of their purchased devices. Those who have already sent their products for service can check the status via this app.

Moreover, the app will also allow customers to get in touch with customer support via chats with an AI bot, or a service agent.

“Xiaomi Service+ aims to address every customer's service request from the comfort of their home with just a few clicks. The app can be effectively used to raise service requests, track the status of the request, and receive information on the warranty status of their device, among a host of other features. Xiaomi Service+ is a cornerstone in elevating the user after-sales service experience,” says Muralikrishnan B, COO, Xiaomi India.

The launch of the app comes at a time when Xiaomi is rapidly expanding its product lineup in India. The company just got done with the Xiaomi 11i series and Xiaomi 11T Pro launches in India, and is gearing up for the Redmi Note 11S as well as Redmi Smart Band Pro wearables.
