Xiaomi is taking on Amazon and Google with its own streaming dongle. Called Mi TV stick, the new device competes with Amazon’s Fire TV stick and Google’s popular Chromecast. Priced at ₹2,799, the device is available on mi.com as part of the company’s Independence Day sale.

The streaming dongles are great options to those who do not own a smart TV and want to experience OTT apps like Netflix on a larger screen. It also allows users to carry the dongle around and access their favourite apps on a larger screen wherever they go.
