Amazfit Bip U with TFT display launches at an introductory offer price of ₹3,499 in India (Amazfit )

Amazfit on Thursday announced the launch of Amazfit Bip U smartwatch in India. The wearable will go on sale on October 16 via Amazon India and its official e-store. The smartwatch will be available at an introductory price of ₹3,499 for a month. The Amazfit Bip U will be available for ₹3,999 post the end of the launch sale.

The latest member of Bip series comes with Huami PAI which gives you details about your health and overall fitness. The smartwatch is said to deliver up to nine days of battery life. It also comes with sleep tracking. The Bip U sports a colour display. It has 5ATM water resistance as well.

Amazfit Bip U comes with a 1.43-inch display with 302x302 pixels resolution, 2.5D glass and anti-fingerprint coating. It comes with a 230mAh battery. For connectivity, it supports Bluetooth 5.0 and supports devices running Android 5.0 and iOS 10 and above.

It supports 50 watch faces including animated watch faces. The watch comes pre-loaded with four watch faces. Rest of the watch faces can be downloaded through the company's Zepp app. The watch also shows important information such as time, weather, heart rate, and more. Users can also personalise the watch home screen.

Amazfit Bip U supports more than 60 sports mode. It comes with an upgraded biological optical tracking sensor measure blood-oxygen saturation. The sleep tracking suite includes tracking of a deep sleep, light sleep, REM, awake time, and even afternoon naps. For heart rate, it comes with a proprietary BioTracker PPG biological optical sensor. The company says users get 24-hour rate monitoring. Another highlight of the smartwatch is the ability to record menstrual and ovulation periods.
