Fossil is now going to let you buy its products and also book appointments via WhatsApp
Fossil has added buying catalogs and options to book appointments for repairs etc through the Fossil WhatsApp chatbot.
If you are looking to buy a new Fossil smartwatch or any of their other products, you can now do it from the comfort of your home without having to step out. Fossil has announced its new M-commerce initiative which allows customers to shop, book appointments, etc using the Fossil WhatsApp chatbot.
Products you buy via WhatsApp can be delivered to you on the same day or you can head over to a store and pick it up yourself.
The Fossil WhatsApp chatbot has a catalog that you can look through and contains Fossil’s entire range of products available in the nearest retails stores including watches, jewelry, bags, and wallets. Once you’ve picked something you like you can pay online and schedule a home delivery or pick it up from the store yourself. Additionally, the customers can opt to reserve products for up to 48 hours for free, so you have time to make a decision.
The same-day delivery is accomplished by using Dunzo and Swiggy and is applicable for same-city deliveries only.
You can also use this chatbot to schedule in-store appointments. Keeping Covid-19 restrictions and safety protocols in mind, customers can book 30-minute appointments in stores and only three customer groups are allowed into a store at any given time.
If you don’t want to go to the store you can browse the products available in the retail store via video chat and speak to the store staff too. If you finalise any products you can book an appointment for your home and the Fossil team will come by with the selected options for you to take a look and decide.
