e-scooter with supercar McLaren tech! Check out Lavoie series 1 scooter; 500km range

LAVOIE, a subsidiary of supercar maker McLaren Applied, has introduced the first e-scooter, the LAVOIE Series 1.  (Lavoie)

What is special about this e-scooter? It is created using a supercar and cutting-edge global racing engineering excellence. (Lavoie)

Lavoie Series 1 is made up of automotive designers and F1 engineers. (Lavoie)

The escooter uses automotive-grade magnesium. Automotive-grade magnesium ensures structural rigidity makes it tough but it weighs only 16.5kg which is light for an e-scooter.  (Lavoie)

A more interesting feature in the e-scooter is the 'Flowfold', which lets it fold into a smaller form.  You can flip it open, so to speak! (Lavoie)

The e-scooter has a large footboard that houses the battery pack. Once you plug in Series 1 for two hours, it gets you 31 miles of range. (Lavoie)

LAVOIE claims that the Series 1 e-scooter will offer a range of up to 500km on a single charge. (Representative Image) (Unsplash)
