GTA update! GTA Online gets Ray-Tracing on PS5, Xbox Series X via December update

Grand Theft Auto fans have been anxiously waiting for years now for any Rockstar to give any hint about the next GTA game.

While Rockstar hasn't announced anything in regards to the GTA 6 yet, there is still cause for excitement as Ray-Tracing has been brought to GTA Online on PS5 and Xbox Series X.

Rockstar has announced that Ray-Tracing reflections will be making their way to GTA Online for the current-gen consoles.

Players will be able to enjoy real-time ray-traced reflections via the Fidelity Mode graphics setting.

Among other things, players will also get the chance to buy the retro-styled Declasse Tahoma Coupe, which will be made available to all GTA Online players for a limited period later this month.

The update will also include player, vehicle and general gameplay improvements, most of which contain player-requested fixes submitted via the GTA Online Feedback website.

Although GTA V had previously received the next-gen update, GTA Online remained the same, even for the new consoles.

The Ray-Tracing feature will arrive as part of the GTA Online December update.
