Honda has showcased its latest electric scooter at EICMA 2022 called the EM1 e. 

The EM in its name stands for ‘electric moped’ and it is targeted towards the younger demographic.

With its smooth edges and a compact appearance, Honda EM1 e highlights a modern and minimalist design.

The turn indicators have been placed on the handlebar in the electric scooter.

Designed for short trips, the electric scooter can travel 40 kilometers on a single charge.

The EM1 e: is powered by the Honda Mobile Power Pack (MPP). 

The MPP is a swappable battery that can be easily removed from the EM1 e to charge comfortably.

It is the first electric vehicle by the maker for the European market.

It is expected to release in Summer of 2023. No dates have been announced yet.

It is not clear at the moment whether the electric scooter will be released in India.
