iOS 16.2 update: iPhone 14 Pro's always-on display set to get personalisation benefit

Apple finally brought the long-awaited always-on display with the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max.

However, as of now the customization options are limited, allowing you to customize only certain functions.

This could change soon with the release of Apple’s next iOS update, the iOS 16.2.

Alongside a plethora of user improvements, Apple will also likely allow you to give your always-on display a rest.

Users will be able to turn off the wallpaper, dimming the screen even further and giving your iPhone a more subtle look.

Moreover, you will be able to toggle notifications on/off when the iPhone is locked or idle.

The iOS 16.2 update is expected to be rolled out anytime now so keep your iPhone 14 Pro or iPhone 14 Pro Max updated to get this new feature.
