Samsung Galaxy A52 shows up in certification, reveals model number and features

Samsung's Galaxy A52 5G smartphone has been leaked several times in the past few days.

The firm is even expected to launch this device in India on March 17 during its ‘Galaxy Awesome Unpacked’ event. However, the phone has made headlines once again, as it has been spotted on Bluetooth SIG certification site in multiple listings and has revealed some features.

According to the listing, the Galaxy A52 5G is mentioned with as many as three model numbers - SM-A526U, SM-A526U1 and SM-526W. This also indicates that the handset might arrive in three variants. Also mentioned is that all these three models are listed to support Bluetooth version 5.0.

It is worth adding that recently, a YouTuber posted an unboxing video of the unannounced Galaxy A52 5G. In the video, we see that the design on the handset is the same as what has been leaked so far. There is a punch hole camera for the Infinity-O OLED display, quad rear cameras and a plastic body. The phone also comes with a charging adapter and type-C cable.

Some of the features rumoured for the device are 120Hz display along with in-display fingerprint sensor, IP67 dust and water resistance, 4,500mAh battery, 32-megapixel selfie camera and quad rear cameras with 64-megapixel primary sensor.

On the other hand, the rumored Samsung Galaxy M62 5G smartphone is also seen listed in a separate Bluetooth SIG certification with model number SM-M626B and SM-A526B.

This suggests that the Galaxy A52 5G might launch in a few markets as the Galaxy M62 5G. However, there is no clarity on what markets it will launch. For those unaware, Galaxy M62 4G variant launched in Thailand last month as the rebadged model of the Galaxy F62 that launched in India before.
