Xiaomi is expected to launch the Redmi Note 9 4G as Redmi 9 Power in India. Redmi Note 9 4G launched alongside the Redmi Note 9 Pro 5G and Redmi Note 9 5G last week in China.

Xiaomi has been offering its smartphones with different names in different markets. Even the Redmi Note 9 4G is a rebranded version of the Poco M3 with slight changes in design. Redmi 9 Power was spotted on Google Play Console by tipster Mukul Sharma. The smartphone carries the model number M2010J19SI which was also listed with the Redmi Note 9 4G.

There's no word on the Redmi Note 9 Pro 5G and Redmi Note 9 5G yet but it's quite likely the Redmi Note 9 4G will launch as Redmi 9 Power in India. Xiaomi already launched the Redmi Note 9 series in India earlier this year. The 5G models may launch as part of the Redmi Note 10 series.

As for the Redmi Note 9 4G, this smartphone starts at CNY 999 ( 11,300 approx), and it comes in four variants. It features a 6.53-inch display with a 120Hz refresh rate, and is powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 662 processor. The smartphone packs up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage.

Redmi Note 9 4G is fuelled by a 6,000mAh battery with 18W fast charging support. It also has a triple rear camera setup with a 48-megapixel primary sensor, a wide angle lens, and a depth sensor.

Xiaomi is yet to announce the launch of the Redmi 9 Power in India.
