Xiaomi Mi 11T, Mi 11T Pro leak reveals flagship specs

Xiaomi is tipped to be prepping to launch its next-generation Mi smartphones. The company could be gearing up to launch the Mi 11T and Mi 11T Pro. The company hasn’t revealed any official information about the two devices. However, they have both received certifications from regulators including the US Federal Communications Commission (FCC). Aside from the listing, some specs of the duo have leaked on Weibo. Xiaomi is rumoured to be working on launching the duo some time in September.

As per a report from MySmartPrice, a new Xiaomi phone has appeared on the US FCC site with a model number 21081111RG. It is believed to be the Xiaomi Mi 11T. The listing reveals some key specifications of the device. The smartphone is said to have the model number 21081111RG. It is said to run on MIUI 12.5 out-of-the-box and include 5G support across multiple bands. Further, it could feature a 6.8-inch display with support for a 120Hz refresh rate.

As per a design schematic available on the US FCC site, the Mi 11T could come with a rectangular-shaped rear camera module. Notably, the listing doesn’t explicitly mention the name of the Mi 11T on any of the documents. All of the above information is related to a device with model number 21081111RG. On a separate note, a tipster on China's Weibo has speculated that the Mi 11T would be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 1200 chipset.

Another Xiaomi phone with model number 2107113SG has also reached the US FCC listing. It is likely to be the Mi 11T Pro. The smartphone is tipped to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 chipset, which is a top-of-the-line SoC. Hence, the Mi 11T Pro is speculated to be a flagship smartphone. It could also have a 120Hz Super AMOLED display, a 5,000mAh battery, and up to 120W fast charging support.

While we don’t know the exact launch date of the Mi 11T duo, a report from GizmoChina claims that the Mi 11T global launch will take place on September 23. Soon after the global launch, we can expect the devices to be launched in India.
