The Xiaomi 14 is rumoured to feature a 6.3-inch LTPO OLED display with a variable refresh rate of 120Hz. The panel may have a peak brightness of 3000 nits and a pixel density of 460 ppi.

The Xiaomi 14 may sport a 50 MP+50 MP+50 MP triple rear camera setup and a 32 MP front camera. Notable camera features may include Leica Optics, Movie Mode, Dolby Vision recording, and Xiaomi Imaging Engine.

A 4610mAh Li-Po battery may power the Xiaomi 14, with support for 90W wired fast charging and 50W wireless fast charging.
