CES 2021: Amazfit GTR 2e, GTS 2e to launch in India this month

Huami unveiled Amazfit GTR 2e and GTS 2e smartwatches on the sidelines of the Consumer Electronics Fair (CES) 2021 earlier today. Now, the company has announced that the two smartwatches will be making their way to India very soon.

While the company didn’t reveal the exact date of launch, it did say that the two smartwatches will be launched in India later this month. The company also revealed that more details about the two smartwatches will be revealed on Amazon India and on Flipkart in coming days.

As far as the details are concerned, the Amazfit GTR 2e features a 1.39-inch AMOLED HD round display with tempered glass anti-fingerprint vacuum coating. It comes with a 471mAh battery, which the company says is capable of delivering up to 24 days of battery life. On the fitness front, GTR 2e comes with over 90 sports modes and over 50 watch faces. It is also equipped with features such as SpO2, stress and sleep monitoring functionality and a 24X7 heart rate monitoring system. The smartwatch is waterproof up to 5 ATM and it also features support for GPS and a temperature sensor pedometer.

Coming to the Amazfit GTS 2e, it comes with a 1.65-inch HD AMOLED rotatable screen. It comes with a 246mAh battery that is capable of delivering up to14-days of battery life. Additionally, GTS 2e has over 90 sports modes, SpO2 sensors, stress and sleep monitoring functionality, 24X7 heart rate monitoring system. It also has GPS, pedometer, offline voice assistance, temperature and air pressure sensors along with water resistance up to 5 ATM.

Both these smartwatches are available for CNY 799 ( ₹9,070 approx) in China and $139.99 ( ₹10,298 approx.) in the US.
