Samsung Galaxy M62 specifications revealed ahead of the launch

Samsung is gearing up for the rollout of Galaxy M62 in select markets. The smartphone is said to be the global version of the Galaxy F62 that launched in India recently. Ahead of the commercial launch, official listings have revealed Galaxy M62 specifications. Unsurprisingly, they are identical to the Galaxy F62.

Samsung Galaxy M62 comes with a 6.7-inch full HD+ display. The phone runs on Exynos 9825 processor. The big difference here is that the Galaxy M62 comes with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage. The Galaxy F62 comes with 6GB/8GB and 128GB storage combinations. 

The upcoming phone is also seen in blue, black, and green colour options. It is also going to come with the mammoth 7,000mAh battery. The phone will officially debut on March 3.

Samsung Galaxy F62 features a 6.7-inch full HD+ Super AMOLED Plus display. Powered by a 7nm Exynos 9825 chipset, it runs on Android 11-based One UI 3.1 out-of-the-box.

The phone has a quad-camera setup that consists of a 64-megapixel primary sensor, a 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, a 5-megapixel macro sensor, and a 5-megapixel depth sensor. Up front, it has a 32-megapixel punch-hole camera for selfies.

As said earlier, the Galaxy F62 ships with a 7,000mAh battery coupled with 25W fast charging support. Samsung says the phone can fully charge in less than 2 hours. It also features support for reverse charging. Galaxy F62 comes with features such as a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and has Samsung Pay (NFC).

Samsung Galaxy F62 is available in India for a starting price of ₹23,999 for the base model with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage. The 8GB RAM and 128GB storage variant is priced at ₹25,999.
