Just last month, Samsung rolled out Android 11-based OneUI 3 to its Galaxy Z Fold. It came with new features and UI changes. Now, the South Korean tech firm has rolled out OneUI 3.1 to Galaxy Z Fold2 foldable phone. Although the features that come in OneUI 3.1 are common across other Samsung devices, there are some new features coming exclusively to Galaxy Z Fold2 since it has a unique form factor.

A couple of big changes in OneUI 3.1 for this device are related to multitasking. Now, it will be possible to easily return directly to up to three previously opened multi-active windows via the recent apps menu on the main display. As for the cover display, you can now access up to two recent apps. In addition, there is a new way to launch multi-active windows. All you need to do is to long-press, drag and drop a notification.
