The affordable handset that was launched last month was priced at Rs. 8999 and it gets cheaper by Rs. 2700. Currently it is selling for just Rs. 6299. Further, there are bank offers and exchange offers too. The e-commerce giant is offering a flat 325 instant discount on all Bank Card transactions while the maximum exchange value that you can get is 5950 on selected phone models. Redmi A1 key specifications and features

The Redmi A1 is one of the most affordable smartphones you can get in the market. It comes with thick bezels around the display on its front and a water drop notch as well. Its sides and back are plastic and the base has a micro USB port and 3.5 mm audio jack. The handsets look good. It comes with a large 6.52-inch display with a 1600 x 720p resolution, and the MediaTek Helio A22 chip. So the handset is decent for day-to-day usage.
