Xiaomi Mi Band 5 official design, colours revealed

Xiaomi is scheduled to launch the Mi Band 5 on June 11. We recently got to know about more features coming to the fitness band. Xiaomi has now revealed the official design along with the different colours of the Mi Band 5.

The new Mi Band 5 posted was shared on Weibo by Xiaomi’s Smart Life page. It shows the Mi Band 5 in four colours of black, yellow, red and green. The poster also reveals the design of the fitness band which looks quite like the Mi Band 4. There’s also the circular button at the bottom for navigation.

The post also mentions the Mi Band 5 launch event will start at 2:00 pm CST which is 11:30 am IST in India.

Leaks have revealed a bunch of features arriving on the Mi Band 5. This time Xiaomi is said to integrate global NFC on its fitness band. This adds to the rumour that the Mi Band 5 will support Google Pay. It’s also expected to come with a custom DND feature that will allow users to set the schedule they want on the Mi Band 5.

Mi Band 5 is also expected to come with Amazon Alexa support. It could be equipped with an SpO2 sensor to measure blood oxygen saturation and track menstrual cycle. There’s also a Personal Activity Intelligence feature expected that will show users how much activity is required to stay healthy.

Mi Band 5 could also feature a bigger display as compared to the Mi Band 4. The fitness band will debut in China but Xiaomi hasn't revealed when it will launch in other markets.
