Honor X10, X10 Pro specs and render images leaked: 90Hz refresh rate, 48-megapixel camera and more expected

Honor has just introduced its 9X Pro in India but globally, it is planning to expand the X-series by two new handsets – Honor X10 and Honor X10 Pro. The duo is supposed to launch on May 20 according to teasers spotted on the Chinese microblogging website, Weibo. Although the teasers by the brand don’t reveal anything concrete yet, a tipster has given us some key specs of the two upcoming handsets along with its render images.

The leaked spec sheet shared by CNMO website mentions the Honor X10 Pro to feature a 6.63-inch LCD screen with 90Hz refresh rate. This will come along side Huawei’s Kirin 820 5G processor that is clocked at 2.36GHz and has Mali-G57 GPU.

There will be a triple rear camera setup including a 48-megapixel RYYB primary sensor, 8-megapixel ultra-wide angle and an 8-megapixel SuperZoom sensor. At the front, there will be a 16-megapixel selfie camera with OIS. Backing the entire device will be a 4200mAh battery that is said to have a wireless charging speed of up to 20W.

As for the less powerful Honor X10, the smartphone may sport the same screen but with 60Hz refresh rate, same processor, a macro camera at the back instead of an 8-megapixel SuperZoom camera, same selfie camera without OIS and same battery capacity without wireless charging support.

Based on the render images, the Honor X10 is seen sporting a rear camera setup in a rectangular enclosure, a design that is becoming a norm these days, along with a pattern back. It is difficult to say if the device has a polycarbonate body or a metal one. It is also not visible if the device will have a punch hole camera on the top-left corner or a pop up mechanism.
