itel Vision 2 launched in India, priced at ₹7,499: Check specs, features

itel on Monday announced the launch of a new handset in India. The latest itel Vision 2 is priced at ₹7,499. The handset comes in two colours, Gradation Green and Deep Blue.

The company is bundling a VIP offer under which consumers get free one-time screen replacement of a broken screen within 100 days of purchase.

We are highly optimistic that itel Vision 2 will elevate the experience of our consumers who are looking for a high-performance smartphone with an immersive viewing experience”, Arijeet Talapatra, CEO, TRANSSION India, said in a release.

itel Vision 2 specifications and features

The handset comes with a 6.6-inch HD+ IPS Dot-In display with in-cell technology, 2.5F curved glass, 450 nits of brightness and a 20:9 aspect ratio.

For performance, the phone runs on an octa-core processor clocked at 1.6GHz. It has 2GB of RAM and 32GB of ROM. It supports expandable storage up to 128GB via a microSD card. On the software front, it runs on Android Q (Go Edition). There is a 4,000mAh battery, which is said to deliver up to 7 hours of videos, 35 hours of music, and 25 hours of calling and standby time of 300 hours. The built-in AI Power Master helps increase battery backup by 10%.

itel Vision 2 comes with an AI triple camera with a 13-megapixel primary sensor, 2-megapixel macro sensor with LED flash, and a depth sensor. It comes equipped with various filters and modes like AI mode, Portrait mode, Pano mode, pro mode, low light mode and HDR mode. The front has an 8-megapixel selfie camera with AI beauty mode and f/2.0 aperture.

Other features of the handset are Dual Active 4G VoLTE, VoWIFI, and fingerprint reader.
