Leaked! Major Realme GT Neo3 specifications are out; has iPhone Pro like design

Realme GT Neo3, the third edition in the series, was first announced in September 2021. The upcoming smartphone, which was preceded by the highly praised Realme GT Neo and Realme GT Neo2, was expected to see some major upgrades. After multiple leaks, now we finally know about the major Realme GT Neo3 specifications. The smartphone is expected to be launched in March 2022 and may well look like iPhone 13 Pro.

The leak comes in from Panda is Bald, a blogger on Weibo and famous tipster from China. These leaks suggest that Realme GT Neo3 will see an all across major upgrade including display, processor, camera and storage space. The smartphone was also spotted on the TENNA certification site that also leaks its specifications. TENNA is a Chinese authority agency which certifies and gives authorization permits before the launch of any electronic device.

TENNA’s listing has revealed that Realme GT Neo3 has a triple camera setup in the back with an LED flash. The design of the setup is quite similar to the iPhone Pro model setup. The device is rumoured to have a 64MP primary camera, a 2MP secondary camera and a 2MP sensor for its rear camera setup. The smartphone will also carry a 16MP selfie camera.

According to the rumours, Realme GT Neo3 will be equipped with a Dimensity 8000 chipset and 2.2GHz octa-core processor. While the listings suggest that the smartphone will feature in the mid-range category, it is expected to be available in three RAM variants of 6GB, 8GB and 12GB. The smartphone will also have 128GB and 256GB in-built storage variants available.

Realme GT Neo3 will have a 6.58-inch Full HD+ resolution TFT display. It will carry a 5,000 mAh battery and will support 65W fast charge. The phone will be available in three colour variants including Dark Day, Aurora Colour and Peak Blue. The smartphone will weigh around 195 grams.

Tipster Panda is Bald’s leaks show slightly different specifications for Realme GT Neo3. According to him, the smartphone will have a 6.62-inch AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate. The smartphone will sport a triple camera setup where the primary camera will be 50MP Sony IMX766. It will be paired with a 50MP Samsung JN1 camera and another 2MP sensor. He further revealed that the phone will be available in three storage variants – 8GB RAM + 128GB storage, 8GB RAM + 256GB storage and 12GB RAM + 256GB storage.
