While WhatsApp has a lot of stickers for various occasions (the most recent addition is the Happy Rakhi sticker pack) there is currently no officially supported sticker pack that allows you to send Janmashtami themed stickers. Luckily, WhatsApp allows users to import third-party sticker packs after they have been downloaded, which makes adding the sticker pack you are looking for very easy.
