Here's how Facebook and LinkedIn plan to support women tech majors

Facebook and LinkedIn are launching college 'Lean In' circles to support women studying engineering and computer science. Facebook's Sheryl Sandberg says the goal is to increase the number of women in tech industry, 'Lean In circles are small groups of women or men who work together to help women achieve their ambitions. And we all have a goal of raising the percentage of women in these fields.'
