PUBG Mobile 1.0 to launch with Erangel 2.0 on Sept 8, here's what to expect
Erangel is finally getting an upgrade with major visual changes, new elements and improvements.
PUBG Mobile is gearing up for a major update that's releasing on September 8. PUBG Mobile 1.0 version will bring a host of new changes and improvements to gameplay, graphics, and more. Along with this update, the much awaited Erangel 2.0 will also roll out.
Ahead of the launch, PUBG Mobile has been dropping some teasers offering a sneak peek at Erangel 2.0. PUBG Mobile is updating some of the hottest locations in Erangel with a visual overhaul. Areas like the Sosnovka Military Base, the Mansion, Mylta Power and Quarry Prison. Georgopol is also getting seven new warehouses.
PUBG Mobile will add trenches, wooden barricades and abandoned tanks in Erangel 2.0. There will be more basements in some buildings as well so that players will have more access to finding loot. In addition to this, PUBG Mobile has also upgraded graphics and made building adjustments. Erangel has been due for a makeover for a long time. PUBG Mobile has already launched the Livik map, and Miramar has gone through a major upgrade as well. Erangel 2.0 beta is available for PUBG Mobile users on Android.

PUBG Mobile will receive a major upgrade overall with the 1.0 update. The developers promise the “most authentic and immersive experience on mobile” on PUBG Mobile 0.1. Activities like parachuting, sprinting, and throwing will offer a more captivating battle royale experience in the new update. PUBG Mobile is also improving other elements like the vegetation, sky and water giving them more texture quality.
