What: Documentary films shot on mobile phones will debut at the 11th edition of the Mumbai Film Festival (MIFF) in February 2010. The MIFF, which will be held from February 3-9 at the National Centre for Performing Arts (NCPA) in Mumbai, will have a full-fledged section catering to this category of films. The festival will also feature a special prize for the best film shot by a student.
