    Apple iPadOS 16: The Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC 2022) keynote session is on fire with some massive reveals! Alongside iOS 16, MacOS 13 and WatchOS 9, Apple also unveiled the brand new iPadOS 16. The big news came in the first session of the five-day event planned out by Apple for its developer community. Although the rest of the sessions will be focused on the developers, the keynote session was kept for the general public where Apple made announcements for its big software and hardware launches.     Safari got new updates

    Apple has announced all new features and updates to the iPad devices with the newly iPadOS 16. Among them, one of the highlighted one is the new, customisable and collaborative feature on Safari. Shared Tab Groups allow users to collaborate on a set of tabs with a selective group of people at once and share the files such as spreadsheets, documents, and more. You can even collaborate on FaceTime! Share files, create projects, and a lot more.

    Weather app is here on iPad

    Apple announced that iPad users will get new Weather app to their devices with beautiful animations. You will be able to catch all the most important weather information or even explore other details such as precipitation, air quality, and temperature.

    Multitasking is easy now

    Apple made iPad more like Desktops with several features on board. You get first time the customisable tools on your iPads. Stage Manager also made its debut to iPads, which gives new multitasking experience that automatically organizes apps and windows while making it quick and easy to switch between tasks. Available on iPad Pro and iPad Air with the M1 chip, Stage Manager will even unlocks full external display support with resolutions of up to 6K!

    Redesigned Home app

    The Home app on iPads, now have an all-new design with iPadOS 16. This makes it easier to navigate, organise, view, and control smart home accessories.

    Better gaming on iPad!

    With iPadOS 16, Game Center's dashboard will allow you to see which games friends are playing along with their achievements and high scores at one place.. And Share Play will make it even more fun to connect with others.

    Live Text features comes to videos!

    Now you can even use Live Text feature to make the text interactive in paused video frames. With a single tap on a video, you can translate languages or convert currencies.

    Desktop experience on iPads!

    iPad users to get some features available on Mac with iPadOS 16, including a consistent undo and redo experience, a redesigned find-and-replace, customisable toolbars, the ability to change file extensions, and view folder size in Files, and much more.

    Mail got some new smart tools

    Apple added option to cancel delivery of a message before it reaches a recipient's inbox on Mail. You can even schedule emails, and sent emails to the top of their inbox to quickly send a follow-up. Plus, Remind Later feature and better search experience.
