Huawei MatePad T8 with 8-inch screen, 5,000mAh battery launched in India: Here’s the price

Huawei seems to be on a launching spree these days. It recently announced the Harmony OS along with some earbuds and MateBook laptops. It’s subsidiary, Honor, just launched the Hunter gaming laptops. And now, the firm has introduced MatePad T8 in India. The Huawei MatePad T8 is priced at ₹9,999 for the WiFi version and ₹10,999 for the LTE version exclusively from Flipkart starting September 17. In addition, the company is also giving some deals and bank offers.

Sporting a metal body, the new tablet has an 8-inch display and is powered by an octa-core processor, clubbed with 2GB RAM and 32GB inbuilt storage. Running EMUI 10, the device support Face Unlock, slim screen bezels and a lightweight body. Backed by a 5,000mAh battery, the MatePad T8 is claimed to deliver up to 12 hours of local video playback and web browsing.

Huawei has also made it a kid-friendly device by pre-installing four apps a recorder, camera, multimedia, and Kids Painting. With parental controls, one can monitor the setting alerts to improve your kid’s posture with the posture alert feature and control ‘how much time your kid spends using the tablet’ with the time management alert among others.
