Reliance Jio’s new Dhan Dhana Dhan offer: 100% cashback on recharge of ₹399

Reliance Jio launched on Wednesday a new data plan offering 100% cashback on every recharge of ₹399. The plan is available till October 18. The operator also announced that from the next day, October 19, data plans will be revised.

According to Reliance Jio's website, all Jio prepaid customers who recharge between October 12 and October 18 will be eligible for a 100% cashback worth ₹400 in the form of 8 vouchers of ₹50 denomination.

But, there is a catch. Customers can use these vouchers against future recharges of at least ₹309. The vouchers can also be used with data top-ups of at least ₹91. Note that you can use only one voucher at a time. The coupons can be redeemed after November 15, 2017.

The 399 recharge facility will be available through online and offline channels. This essentially means you can avail the plan from MyJio app, Jio.com, Jio Store, Paytm, PhonePe, Mobikwik, AmazonPay, JioMoney, and stores such as Reliance Digital.

Reliance Jio's latest data plan comes amid intensifying competition with rival Bharti Airtel, which on Wednesday launched a ₹1,399 smartphone. Pitted against the Reliance JioPhone, Airtel has teamed up with domestic handset market Karbonn Mobiles to launch the Karbonn A40 smartphone.

For the Karbonn A40, a customer will need to make a down payment of ₹2,899 and make monthly recharges of ₹169 for 36 continuous months.
