Japanese electronics brand Hitachi today launched a new line of air conditioners in India. These new air conditioners are available in four variants based on their capacity, which includes models with a capacity of 1.7 TR, 2.0 TR, 2.5 TR and 3.1 TR. Hitachi says that these new ACs start at 27,990 and they are available across all leading retail stores and on leading e-commerce portals in India.

Coming to the features, Hitachi says that its new line of ACs is inspired by nature and its Japanese roots and that they come with Hitachi Cooling and Heating's first-ever Ambience light which enables users to perfectly tune-in with their desired temperature and comfort level simply by looking at the colour being displayed on the screen. This feature displays three specific colours -- Blue for cool ambience, Green for comfort ambience and Red for warm ambience.

Apart from this, the company's new line of ACs also comes with the company's auto coil dry technology for odour free air, wave blade design for silent air, big flow deflector for surround air, iClean+ for clean air and iFresh for fresh air. The company also said that its lineup also includes the Shizuka inverter window air conditioner range, which expands their cooling capacity when the temperature goes up in extreme summers and that it can work up to 52-degrees Celsius.

Apart from launching the new range of ACs, the company has also introduced the new airCloud Home app for its Wi-Fi-enabled ACs. This new app comes with a smart geo fencing feature, voice commands and a bunch of other smart features that make it easy for users to control these air conditioners.

Hitachi says that the airCloud Home app allows users to control their air conditioners remotely via their smartphones or Google Home devices or Amazon Alexa-enabled devices. Users can also control various features of the company's new line of ACs using the voice assistant on their smartphones.
