The South-Western Railway has invited online applications for the recruitment of Goods Train Manager on its official website www.rrchubli.in. A total of 147 vacant seats have been announced for the above mentioned posts. However there's a catch! As per the official statement, "These open positions are only for employees of South Western Railways and Rail Wheel Factory. Applications of other candidates will not be considered". This means only those candidates can apply for this recruitment drive who are already working with South Western Railways and Rail Wheel Factory. South Western Railway recruitment 2022: Eligibility criteria, selection process and salary

The applicants must be serving as regular employees of divisions/units/workshops/headquarters of South Western Railway. Apart from that, the applicants from unreserved category must be between the age group of 18 and 42 whereas, OBC and SC/ST are given an upper age relaxation of .3 years and 5 years respectively.

Eligible candidates will be selected on the basis of a computer-based test (CBT) followed by medical examination and document verification. The seleced candidates will get paid as per the level 5 of 7th CPC.
