How to clear cache and cookies from Google Chrome

Step 1: Go to the Android phone version or desktop version of Google Chrome and tap on the three dots or ‘More’ available on the top right corner of the browser.
Step 2: You will be redirected to the Settings page, where you will be next required to go to History and then tap on Clear browsing data. Alternatively, you can also access this tab from the Chrome Settings menu, by going to the Privacy and Security tab. There also, you wll find a tab to clear browsing data.
Step 3: Google chrome offers Basic and Advanced settings to help you clear your Browsing history, Cookies and site data and Cached images and files. You can either clear the entire history or choose a specified time period like the past 24 hours or up to 30 days to clear your cookies. You can also select each file individually.
Step 4: You can also select delete saved passwords, autofill form data and Site settings from the browsing history and tap on ‘Clear’.
Step 5: Once done, the cookies and cache will be deleted based on your preferences without any other prompts.
