Apple WWDC 2022: macOS Ventura unveiled! From mail, gaming to Safari browser, know the changes here

Apple WWDC 2022: Apple’s annual developer conference is here with a plethora of new upgrades, launches and announcements. Along with iOS 16 and iPadOS 16, Apple has released the new OS update called macOS Ventura. Apple has brought many exclusive features to its macOS Ventura update.

The new macOS Ventura has come with a Stage Manager functionality that will rearrange all windows to the side, and bring one app front and center making making for order on a cluttered desktop. The new multidesktop. feature will allow users to even pair apps, Notes and Pages together and navigate through them by clicking. (Apple)

The new macOS Ventura also features an upgraded Spotlight that will let users search the web for images as well as inside images. There'll also be sports information built into Spotlight. Similarly, the updated mail app will let users Undo Send and Schedule Send. (Apple)

Additionally, the new Safari browser on macOS Ventura will have a new feature called Shared Tab Groups that will allow users to see what their friends and colleagues are looking at in live mode and easily connect over FaceTime or Messages. They can collaborate and work on files live at the same too. (Apple)

The new macOS update will also have a new feature for password protections, called Passkeys. Users can create passkeys for each website by using Face ID or Touch ID which will be securely synced across Apple devices, including Apple TV. (Apple)

Apart from these, the new update will bring Metal 3 that will support a technology called MetalFX Upscaling for power gaming. No Man's Sky will be the first one to have this Metal software after it launches on Mac later this year. (Apple)
