At $69.99, the device measures motions and performance in every direction, and fits on the bottom side of compatible Adidas shoes, such as the adizero F50 soccer cleat. The on-board memory can capture up to seven hours of your metrics and wirelessly transmits the data to your smartphone, tablet, or computer. Later this year and throughout 2012, the company plans to unveil a full range of miCoach SPEED_CELL compatible footwear for soccer, basketball, and tennis later this year.

The new device joins a slew of wearable, portable devices that track your movements and aim to get you fit, including
