Chinese handset-maker Coolpad, has launched their latest Max smartphone in India for 24,999. It will on Amazon from May 30.

The Coolpad Max has the tagline 'dual in one' for its unique SIM management system. The smartphone will allow consumers to use dual accounts for WhatsApp, Messenger, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. The idea is to separate your work and home phone without having to juggle devices.

The smartphone will have provision for two modes -- private and work. The private mode will let you manage the phone like an ordinary Android phone, but the work mode will allow enterprises to keep their data encrypted and secure. Both the accounts will manage contacts, messages and apps separately. This is how you'll be able to manage multiple accounts for WhatsApp on the same phone, even though the app doesn't allow it.

It features a 5.5-inch FHD curved 2.5D display, 12-megapixel main camera, 5-megapixel front-facing shooter and a 2,800mAh battery loaded with Android 5.1 Lollipop on top of Cool UI. The version launched in India will feature 64GB of storage equipped with 4GB of RAM and Snapdragon 617 processor. The phone also features Qualcomm's QuickCharge 3.0 technology.

Coolpad CEO Li Bin said, "We will sell 3 million phones in India this year, which will help us get 3-4 percent market share in the country." He also said that the company was planning a local R&D centre and Internet enabled services. They wish to drive the Make in India initiative too.
